The whole team, from office staff to fitters, all did a fantastic job. It’s all so straightforward and informative. Good quality windows were installed magnificently, so it is much warmer in the house now and so much quieter, which I was not expecting, so it is an added bonus.

Great local company to deal with. Richard, from the sales team, listened to what we wanted and was able to offer advice on the suitability of products (of all the companies we contacted, Perfecta were the only ones to visit our house, the others only offered online consultations). The prices we were quoted were competitive, and there was no “hard sell”. The fitter was punctual, friendly and efficient; the work was completed within a day, and he cleared up after the work was done. The windows themselves look great, they have certainly cut down on the condensation and damp in our children’s bedrooms and have made them feel warmer. Thanks to the Perfecta team.
