Richard, from the sales team, listened to what we wanted and was able to offer advice on the suitability of products (of all the companies we contacted, Perfecta were the only ones to visit our house, the others only offered online consultations). The prices we were quoted were competitive, and there was no “hard sell”. The fitter was punctual, friendly and efficient; the work was completed within a day, and he cleared up after the work was done.
